Dental implants are a permanent solution to replace missing teeth. It is a great option for patients that are missing one tooth or several teeth.
The procedure begins with placing the implant into your jaw bone and suturing the gum tissue over it to let the area heal. The bone will then begin to grow and integrate with the implant until the implant becomes held securely in the bone. This process is called osseointegration.
After osseointegration is complete, it is time to restore the implant(s) with a crown or a bridge. Impressions will be taken for our laboratory to create the perfectly fitting restoration, which will be then placed onto your new implant.
